This is one of many Christmas presents that will be posted here. As you can still, the text says "I am Ozymandias King of Kings/Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair." This is from Percy Shelley's poem by the same name. The full text of the poem is on the back of the plate.

I've thought about taking commissions of sort for these pieces, but I never know if that's a good idea. Anyways, I'd love some critiques if possible. Done in house paint and acrylic with a coat of aerosal lacquer.

EDIT: Slight alteration here as I have, once again, misquoted Shelley. Thanks ~Talionas!

Ack, thank you! I mess that one up every time. I quoted it correctly from the text, but I always ended up misquoting. I'll make sure that I correct that in my description.

Everytime I hear the word 'Ozymandias' I think of Apocalypse's 'Side Kick' from the X-Men comics. Just goes to show you how unenlightened I am. =P
